What founders ask before they enroll
Is this a course, or is Amy actually in the room with me?
Amy is live in the room with you every single month. Two touchpoints: one teaching session, one office hours. There are no pre-recorded modules collecting dust in a folder. This is done with you, not handed to you.
I'm a thought leader, not a product brand. Is this for me?
Yes. The Visibility Lab is built for both product-based brand founders and thought leaders, authors, and speakers. The curriculum covers media outreach, podcast strategy, and story positioning that applies to both.
How is this different from a full-service retainer?
A retainer is done for you. Chatterbox handles all the outreach, pitching, and placement. The Visibility Lab is done with you. Amy teaches you the strategy and tools, and you execute your own PR. It's the right fit if you're not yet at the retainer stage and want to build the foundation first.
Do you guarantee media placements?
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What I can guarantee is that you will leave each month with real tools, a real pitch, and a real strategy. Placements come from executing that strategy consistently over time.
What is the office hours format?
Members submit their pitch, their question, or their strategy challenge in advance. That pre-submission keeps the session focused and lets Amy come in with specific, useful feedback rather than general advice. No submission, no office hours spot for that month.
Can I cancel anytime?
The Visibility Lab is a 6-month commitment, since the curriculum is designed as a full arc and PR compounds over that time. After your initial 6 months, you can cancel anytime.
